In this case you don't have many options:(. Tashkent International Medical Clinic has really good services but in case of emergencies..they take $100 for a consultation during the programme. If you got into a serious medical emergency you could also contact your embassy which can arrange your evacuation..For the Tashkent International you may call at an emergency mobile phone-185 60 93, I hope you won't be needing this, though:)
